Description: The Crystal Fountain Holiday Home Development, with section 23 type tax relief, is located at Skehanagh Cross, Tralee, County Kerry. It consists of sixteen 1,300 sq. ft. semi detached three bedroom houses; eight 1,500 sq. ft. detached three bedroom houses and an administration building. Construction began in 2003 and was completed in December 2004. The development sold out within weeks and is now available for let to holiday-makers and other interested parties.
